Visiting Assistant Professor at Northern Illinois University in the College of Education, Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education. My vision is to redesign high school health and physical education by merging the two into wellness education which uses a lecture/lab style format to teach students relevant and useful content for their personal wellbeing in an engaging way. I get excited about innovative instructional strategies that meets students where they are and compliments their contemporary lifestyles.
