Bio

I am a passionate and mission-driven public health professional with a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion from Towson University. My journey in healthcare began with direct clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later expanded to roles in health insurance—giving me a well-rounded perspective on both patient care and healthcare systems.

I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) and hold a Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) credential, which formally recognizes my dedication to advancing community health. I have previously served as a Community Health Advocate, where I built strong relationships within underserved communities and connected individuals to essential resources.

Currently, I serve as a Community Health Educator with MedStar Health, where I design and deliver evidence-based health education, promote wellness, and address social determinants of health. My work focuses on empowering individuals and families, advocating for equitable access to care, and fostering lasting improvements in community well-being.

With a deep commitment to education, advocacy, and equity, I strive to be a trusted resource and catalyst for positive change in public health.
